With 12 years as co‑founder of Madam, a leading UK service‑production company, and over 25 years producing worldwide, Carly brings senior‑level leadership, calm management and trusted on‑the‑ground support to every project - large or small.

 

She has worked with major studios, streamers, agencies, in‑house teams, VIP talent, documentary crews and second units across five continents, always ensuring teams feel supported, protected and able to focus on the work.
