Meet Our Founder

Carly Stone is a familiar, trusted face in the UK production community. Known for her calm nature, kindness and straight-forward problem solving, Carly has built her career on being someone people genuinely enjoy working with and Carly has built her career on being someone people genuinely enjoy working with, and most of her work comes through repeat clients and recommendations

 

After co-founding Madam Films and leading its Sustainable Development work, she created PPP to bring together her love of production, her commitment to sustainability and her passion for teaching and mentoring others.

 

Carly has spent years supporting teams, guiding talent, and helping organisations understand how sustainability can fit naturally into the way they work. She’s a hands-on leader who values transparency, practicality and people, whether she’s running workshops, mentoring emerging producers or supporting clients through complex projects.
