Yes. Whether you're working on a small shoot or a large-scale production, Planet Positive Production (PPP) can advise, collect data, and input it into the AdGreen calculator. We offer flexible support  from full coordination to partial assistance.

Yes. Albert Certification typically requires a sustainability coordinator across the shoot. We can either place a coordinator or connect you with trusted long-form consultants.

We provide hands-on coordination, carbon reporting, crew diversity tracking, and strategic guidance - integrating sustainability into every stage of production, from prep to post.

It depends on scale and budget. Larger productions or those pursuing Albert/AdGreen certification typically need a dedicated coordinator on-set. Smaller shoots or teams just starting out often do well with periodic check-ins and remote guidance instead. Get in touch and we'll recommend the right level of support for your project.

Yes. Pre-production planning is often where the biggest wins happen - from crew travel and location choices to equipment sourcing. We can review your production plan early and flag the highest-impact changes before anything is locked in.

Albert Certification (via BAFTA) is primarily focused on carbon footprint tracking and reduction for UK productions. Our 5-Star framework builds on that, adding communication, messaging, equality, and CSR considerations - so it's a broader, more holistic package for brands wanting impact across the whole project lifecycle, not just carbon.

Yes. Any high-footprint central London location, especially with crew, talent, or non-handheld camera equipment  will require a permit. Turnaround times vary depending upon local authorities, location and nature of filming but can be anything from 7 days for smaller shoots to 21 days for road closures/stunts. 

Yes. Depending on the brand and content brief, we work across APA, BECTU, DGA, and non-union crew rates.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. You can check with the UK government’s visa tool HERE.   You may need a work permit (different to a visa) depending on who is employing/paying you and the filming activities you are working on in the UK.
